Hi there,
 
Well today I catch a plane to do Morocco to compete in the 24th Marathon des Sables. It has been months of training and pressure, but hopefully it will have been worth it.
 
If you would like to follow this epic adventure race at some time, click onto www.darbaroud.com which will update the race positions etc on a daily basis. My competitor number is #722 and the race starts on Saturday. I must say I'm looking forward to a nice break and a bit of sun.

The boat is finished and will be launched at Easter, so everything is coming together well.
